FAQ

How can I sponsor awards? Medal sets are $25 each and trophies are $30. Email me at ladymonscottishdance@gmail.com.

Can we bring our pop-up canopies? Yes!

Can we bring in ice chests? If you use the participant parking and entrance, yes! But they MUST stay IN the dance tent.

Will there be changing areas for both boys and girls? Of course! We’ll have two tents set up for changing.

Where do we park? Participant parking/entry is the last entrance into the park (third turn on the left). You will be emailed a printable pass.

Will my dancer get a gate pass? Your parking pass gets you in. Once you’ve parked in the participant parking, you are IN the park and no one will need to go through the front gate. Follow the path into the main park area and the first things you see are the dance tent by the inflatables.

What’s the host hotel? The Tulsa Wyndham. Bring your swimsuits – there is a small indoor waterpark onsite and every kid gets an admission wristband!

I have questions! Who can I talk to? Email me, Laura Ladymon, at ladymonscottishdance@gmail.com OR call/text 405.640.9036. I rarely answer calls from numbers I don’t recognize, so if you call please leave a voicemail!
